5 Star Experience! Everything was exactly as described. We went to secluded places away from crowds. Michele made the experience even better, very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The boat was very comfortable and included a big floatie to lounge on while being served prosecco and aperitivo. A must!

We toured Florence with Letizia for two separate half-day excursions and we enjoyed and valued every moment! Letizia is a welcoming and gracious host to her city; we loved hearing about her own family’s history in Florence (from the early 20th century to family outings to support her district’s team at the historic football matches or calcio storico at the Piazza Santa Croce), Letizia’s personal knowledge and connection to Florence seems unrivaled.
